I am 5'6 and currently 53kg.
However, due to stress and anxiety my blood pressure shot up to the level of 140/90 within a week. Our school physician requested for lab tests to be conducted just to rule out anything that could raise my blood pressure that high. It was found that my FBS was 106.7, 6.7 off from the normal FBS. However, my creatinine was .81 which is normal. Took the HBA1c month ago and it was 4.8%. My doc said I'm okay and just needed to modify my lifestyle. Now I am asking for help coz I really don't know where and how to start my diet aswell as maintain an active lifestyle and also plan to hit the gym. My goal is to gain weight and work on from there and also maintaining my Blood Glucose to an acceptable level. Any help would be appreciated
