That would depend cguro ngano dli ka maka present ug CoE... Talk to HR/Recruitment and tell them why wla kay CoE. If it is a reason they would find valid then ipa proceed ra cguro ka nila sa training. But if ever namakak ka, let's say ni AWOL ka or naa pa ka mga responsibilities kaha or dli pa ka ma cleared sa imo previous company, then during ur interview wla na nimo gi ingon.. maybe ma sangit jud ka ana.
