Istoryans, ask me if you need travel tips to these places: bacolod, iloilo, aklan, capiz, dumaguete, cagayan. I might be able to help.

basta if mag-plane mo kelangan japon icheck-in mga liquid stuff. strict ang airport sa cebu and iloilo. i dunno lng with the new iloilo airport. open na ba?
the new airport opened last week. Its like a smaller Manila Airport. Ya, they inspect all liquid stuff
i like to wear slippers when travelling by plane para di na mag-hubo-hubo sapatos when going through security...
^^So true..since it's summer here, i plan to wear slippers in traveling back to cebu..to avoid the hassle. The last time i went home was winter, it left me no choice but to wear sneakers.Originally Posted by slakker
istoryans, please share some of your considerations to think about if you are planning a short cruise
here's mine:
* Decide before you go what you want to get out of your short cruise; Relaxation? A health-oriented break? A fast tour of a new destination? Don't try to do too much or you'll return to work less relaxed than before you went.
* Dress codes tend to be more casual on short cruises. But if you enjoy dressing for dinner, don't let that discourage you
* Short cruises tend to book up quickly, so book early.
make a list of what to bring 3-5 days before the trip..this gives you enough time to remember everything needed..during travel,i tend to forget slippers, tootbrush and towel
^^ agree. we can easily forget the small things.. so much important to have enogh time ot prepare.![]()
make an itinerary and search the internet for informations what the place can offer...make a budget...make hotel reservations.....travel light....
bring enough money for the trip...ky lisod kng ma short ka sa budget (sometimes naa man jud unforseen expenses)
