Sorry for the rude question.

I meant by this is dba almost 8hrs a day na.a kas atubangan sa computer, dok2x dri dok2x did2, then after sa work uli sa balay atubang napud ug computer, then after ana b4 matug mag pislit2x pakas imung cellphone.
Sum-up lang wa jud kay time for communication (kanang nag tabi jud) dli virtual. Then as a result if na.ay convo. nga mahitabo na.ay instance nga mag KANGA2x ka or mag LISUD KA UG EXPRESS sa imong mga ideas.

Then if na.a pud kay ganahan nga girl, unsa.on man nimo pag start ug panguyab nya? nga wa man ka ma.anad ug tabi and express sa imong kaugalingon?(Cnxa sa mabaw nga pangutana)

Any thoughts about this? or suggestions para di na in.ana ang mahitabo?

haha depende ra guro per programmer. sa ako na case kay dili since always mi mag communicate sa ako boss and in english pa gyud so dapat fluent ka or else dili mo magka sinabot labi na kailangan nimo i explain ang technical stuff to something non technical guys can understand.

i think try to go to forums more para ma develop nimo imo communication skills. apil2x pud ug mga meetups para maka talk ka sa uban programmers sa imo field. i dont know if naa ba sa cebu though but i know ang Ruby community naa.

Pero kanang meetups jud murag di ko ka sugakod ana, magtigum sa ko ug confidence ug PATIENCE para ana... kay kasagaran but not all man gud mga programmers, kay cge lang ug panghambog, then instead of sharing ideas, maghinakog no.un, then dali jud kay maguba akong adlaw if maka meet kog in.ana nga personality.

Pero sak2 jud ka anang communication between you and your boss, maglisod pud ko ana sometimes we are not riding on the same boat jud, and as a result mag balik2x kos akong gi buhat...

ignon ana man ko sa una, when im in elementary and hi school, im sooooo shy and hilomon, i only have few friends, na overcome ra nako when im in college specially pag practicum nako kay sa ako gi kuha nga course dapat kamao ko mo atubang ug tao, and i slowly overcome it, at first mahadlok pa ko magpracticum kay ma uwaw ko, mag likay likay ko daghan tao specially on peak hours, pero naka adjust ra jud ko, karon sa ako work lain lain personality sa mga tao ako maatubang, mga big time, mga addict, mga tarong, mag libog ug uban pa. hehehehehehehe. usahay mo tukar gihapon akong pagka hilumon. hehehehehehe

dili siya verbal pero think about it, if naa kay matubag na mga questions ma develop imo ways unsaon nimo pag explain.
if english pud ang forums kay of course mag english man pud ka. hehe pro still lahi ra gyud if mag verbal ka kaysa pag type though. pwede rapud gud mag english ka bisan diri sa istorya. hehe it will really help hehe

Basin imo problem dili ra guro gyud about sa pagka programmer but your personality as a whole. apil2x ug meetups bai if naay available. it will be beneficial gyud sa imo. dili man pasabot nga ikaw ang mo present but just to meet new people outside of your comfort zone.
