Maayong gabie/adlaw mga ka istoryans (I need your enlightenment's about this matter)
I have a cousin who is a globe user before, for more than one year since the beginning he always encountered lots of problem like intermittent connection, no dial tone..etc. That's why he decided to change his ISP, from globe to PLDT. After his decision he informed globe customer care for disconnection, then he was given a contact number for proper closure. Unfortunately the contact number is unreachable, so he contacted again the costumer care for more than twice and always ended giving the same number.He actually switched his ISP. After installation, he never uses his globe connection again then he paid his last payment which is after he never uses it.
Now, Its been almost 2 years since idleness from globe., globe is still sending messages about legal matters and he just keep ignoring it.
The latest message is this one:
Your name is now subjected for blacklisting. We will proceed to filling the complaint against you on (date). Should there be no posted on your globe account, filling of suit shall include claims for damages and attorney's fee without further notice. Consider this as our final demand -(name) from legal department of globe telecom.
Now..Kinsa man ninyo dre nga naka encounter og ing.ani, and what are your actions about ani? Is globe really serious about this?
