Help me explore all possibilites..

Complete specs that I have now is AMD A4-3300, Jetway Mobo, 4 GB Ram DDR3, Samsung ODD, 160 GB HDD ,Core Elite Case/PSU..
Purpose is for NBA 2k13 (kinda laggy), SF Online (Lag japon, i dunno why), and other FPS games and wanna try as well other RPG games.

I currently have 5000 pesos.

How should I start my little upgrade? Sell my CPU and buy a new one? Just buy a decent VC? Trade my Proc/Mobo to a higher end Proc/Mobo?
Please help me explore all the possibilities. Honestly I'm really hoping to have an i3 set. I can go 1k more if I can get a good CPU case as well nga daghan ug suga nyahahah

I'm not just asking for advise. I also need your offers if you want to buy CPU, Trade your items to mine etc etc..

try invest on a gpu and add some rams

add dedicated videocard, ati 7750 above or nvidia equivalent and ur still good to go(at least at low-mid settings)
