I want to buy a new phone with a budget of 5,000 pesos. I want to buy a phone worth the money, and that I can also use it with my upcoming Android Subject next semester. What do you guys think? Please offer recommendations and suggestions

HYPER VS FLARE

I'm really in for the 1.2GHz Snapdragon Processor and the Screen Size, but I just can't decide which one to buy.
