    Default Anong Worst Experience mo sa Cebu Pacific?


    Read the comment on the yahoo news and many commenter give their worse experience in this Airline. Maybe you have too.


    my worst experience in this airline was last 2011, we are 40 passengers and mostly children. our flight was exactly 4:30am bound to davao city. while we are waiting for our boarding time all the kids were in sleeping mode and we are expecting the boarding announcement for us wake all the kids for our final exit in terminal 3. i was reading a magazine after i finished 1 topic i look at my mobile phone and to my surprised it was 4:35am already........ to tell the story short intentionally they abandon us in the airport and after complaining to their office one of their officers told me,You can file a case against us, what an arrogant answer of an officer..... we buy tickets twice in just one flight. ABOSADO SILA MASYADO!

    I assume nag check in na kaayo rightThey usually page passengers many times before the plane leaves did they page your family

    I've been a customer of Cebu Pac for the past years, So far I never had any bad experiences with this airline company..

    Abandoned? - you mean, the plane left without notifying the passengers? noh? well, that was indeed a bad experience..

    Sauna nindot man musakay ug Cebu Pac, pero as of late murag nagka bati naman....Especially Customer Service...

    If naa lang gyud laing carrier padulong ug GenSan, di ko musakay ani nila....

    i've always been under the impression nga dili guyd na sila mo-depart
    esp. if wala pa ka board ang passengers nga naka check-in na
    being already in the Passenger manifest or something.

    kadaghan naman gyud ko nisakay ug airplane and there were two occasions
    nga na delay among flight for almost an hour w/ all other passengers already on the plane,
    because airline crew were still looking for a passenger nga ni check-in pero wala ni board.
    dili lang ko ka recall if domestic or int'l airline ba to.

    anyway, on the topic.
    akong worst experience w/ Cebu Pacific was last year.
    all flights in NAIA 3 were delayed.
    every hour and every hour thereafter they assure passengers nga another hour nalang.
    All flights were delayed for four hours.
    naka lain kay ,passengers for Air Philippines were served meals during the delay.
    apparently murag naa may requirement or provision nga airline companies are required to serve meals if the delay lapses to more than 2 hours or so. ( not entirely sure kay mao man gi-voiced out sa mga co-passengers)
    Sa Cebu Pacific wala gyud maski lugaw.

    naay regulation or wla, at least humanitarian reason nalang ta sa taga Cebu Pacific.
    sa boarding area dili raba na 24 hours open ang mga shops diha.
    dili sad mi pwede mogawas kay wala man sila exact timetable for boarding.
    our flight was supposed to be 2140H pero naka-board mi 0200 na.

    have rode CP many times na...even to our Singapore trip from Clark, Cebu-Manila, and Iloilo to Manila/Cebu
    for my part wala pako ka.agi delay or etc...no problem whatsoever, as for my family, usually kay delayed lang mga flights


    BTW..CP is a lowcost carrier....so dont expect the same service like Cathay or the like...haha...its idea is to get you from point A to point B, people usually forget this part, or they are ignorant to these facts, tsk3

    and not all airlines are perfect, they will always be times of negligence in any company, the best one can do is to know the basics of safety and understanding before taking that risk(and from here I give salute to the Navy reservist who took the initiative of handling the passengers to safety and keeping them calm on that Davao incident)

    Overbooking from Singapore to Cebu via bullsh!t excuse which is technical error of the chairs daw. LMAO. So I was bumped to next the flight in the morning.

    How about reading the fine print on the tickets? You will be amazed by what is written there.
