Naa lang ko gusto mahibal guys, siguro aware naman jud ta tanan unsa ka kawatan ug load ning si smart. Ang akong pangutana, dili ba d i ni ma kontrol sa atong government ang pagpangawat ug load nila? It gains public interest.

One can start a solution by transferring to another service provider and tell your friends about it. You can't change how Smart do their business until you, your friends and your friends friends start ignoring Smart. Public awareness is not enough, one must take action that can lead someone to not experience the same problem again. A mass filing of the same complaint is another way of doing it, however, this problem and complaints already existed since Smart existed and was never solved. Use your freedom, choose another service provider together with your friends and relatives.

sorry ts ever since wala ko ang smart... so di ko ka experience ana... one thing nga pwdi nmo mabuhat kay switch into another network provider.. simple if you don't like their service you have, by all means, freedom to get out and choose the best for you...
