Help! Unlock.co.nz doesn't work

Mga bro, patabang ko ninyo please.. I have no manual configuration for my APN settings.. Btw, i'm using ang iphone 5 on a globe postpaid sim however i cannot change my apn settings because there is no option for that.. I tried using unlockit.co.nz but it does not work.. Any more more methods that i could use? Salamat mga bro..

try inserting a different sim ( assuming you have an unlocked ip5). once inserted, airplane mode on for a few seconds then airplane mode off wait for the iPhone to search and connect to a network. Going to Settings > General > Mobile > mobile data network and change APN settings there.
