Fast Lead Guitarist I saw - Who is he?

Me and my friend went to a Department Store somewhere here in Cebu, Colon and we saw a guy from Sporting Department playing Electric Guitar. He was playing scaling for lead guitarist.
He was so fast that I think he's speed reaches 500 + bpm. I forgot to ask his name but he told us that he is practicing because he want to enter the Guinness Book of World Record. My phone is out of battery so I didn't have the chance to record he's feat. He's age is somewhere above 25. Small-built. The store allowed him to practice to draw crowd from that department.
Hope to find him again practicing soon.
