​​URGENT HIRING for AUTOCAD OPERATORS who will produce/revise CAD drawings of overseas Interior Design projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in any of the following courses: Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Technology with a Major in Drafting
- With knowledge and skills in AutoCAD
- Not more than 25 years old
- preferably female

DOCUMENTS/CREDENTIALS:
- Resume
- TOR, scanned
- Diploma, scanned
- Sample 2D drawings (AutoCAD and manual drawings), scanned

APPLICATION & EMPLOYMENT PROCESS:
1. Interested applicants should email the required documents and credentials to accounting@kkscebu.com.ph. Please indicate your contact number on your resume.
2. Chosen applicants will be scheduled for hands-on AutoCAD examination and interview. Chosen applicants will be notified by text or call to the contact number indicated in their resume.
3. Successful applicants will be scheduled for medical examination.
4. Those who pass the medical examination will be signed on to undergo training.
5. Duration of training will depend on whether or not applicant has working experience in AutoCAD, as follows:

· None or less than one year experience – 3 months training
· With at least one year experience – 1 month training

6. Successful trainees will be hired as probationary employees.
7. After a maximum of 6 months, probationary employees with good performance will be regularized.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
· Trainee with no experience or less than one year experience – training allowance of Php200/day for the first month, Php230/day for the 2^nd and 3^rd month
· Trainees with at least one year experience – training allowance of Php305/day for the one month training
· Probationary employees – minimum basic salary, Philhealth, SSS and Pag-ibig, 13^th month pay
· Regular employees – Php10,000 basic pay, Philhealth, SSS and Pag-ibig, 13^th month pay

OTHER BENEFITS FOR REGULAR EMPLOYEES:
One Saturday off per month.
Meal allowance of Php500 per month.
Daily transportation allowance.
Php 300 per month attendance incentive.
Leave credits for: vacation, sickness, maternity, paternity, wedding and death of immediate family.
Annual salary increase, mid-year and Christmas bonus. (Rates for annual increase and bonuses will vary.)
After one year from regularization, medical insurance, on top of Philhealth, for the employee.
If employee has qualified dependents, premium for dependents’ insurance will be shared 50-50 between employee and company.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Location: MEPZ 1, Lapulapu City
Working Hours: Mon-Thu (8AM to 6PM), Fri (8AM to 5PM), Sat (8AM to 12NN)
Nature of Business: AutoCAD drawing production for Architectural and Interior Design projects overseas. Types of projects are hotels and resorts, high-end residences and nursing homes.

hi, what's the reason why you need to accept applicants not more than 25 y.o and preferably be femaie?

hindi ba maka pag work ang more than 25 y.o and male? to think ive been working abroad as an ID for more than 10 years. funny, they dont have this as a prerequisite on the advert. dapat sana hindi bias ang pag hanap nyo ng employees to fill up the things you need.

kung need nyo ng outsource and if you are not looking for this siguro marami ang nag aaply ngayon. sana i consider ng company nyo lahat ng tao ang important is yung kaya nila i perform ang task.
