Introduction
A Dutch-based company specialising in real estate presentations is currently recruiting new staff to
support the production team.

Job description
The floor plan drawer is responsible of transforming hand drawn sketches or original blueprints into
electronic floor plans using online software. The potential candidates are computer literate with
excellent attention to detail and preferably some architectural/technical/engineering insight.
Furthermore, a good command of the English language is required in order to communicate
efficiently with the Dutch team members.

Requirements
 Computer literacy
 Attention to detail
 Architectural/technical/engineering insight
 Good command of English language
 Hard working attitude
 Excellent time management skills, used to working with deadlines
 Reliability
 Availability of 8 hours a day/5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
