Hiring and Promotion in the Goverment Service

Did you know that in the service you need a MBA to be hired or promoted in the government service (in most cases).

Such degree is needed, you can never get it in any university or alike, its what we call May Backer Ako or MBA.

Aside from the usual requirements such as RA 1080/ career service eligibility, TOR, Diploma..etc you need an MBA to uplift your situation, or else you be stuck in your position until you retire.

Although, there is a substitute to this degree, if you are a but*-lick*r you will have a chance. This is why our basic services are forgotten because we put people in the wrong place.
