Work from home or work from office as an employee?

Hello,

I just want to ask for opinion about the two options - work from home or working from office.
Let's face it, both have some advantages and disadvantages.
For work from home, no commute time, more flexibility, more time for mothers to take care of their kids, etc.
For work from office, you will get to meet people face to face everyday, you get to join parties, raffles, you have 13th month, etc.

If you were to choose where would you rather work and why? I will make a list of pros and cons based on your answers.

i think kung sa home ka mo work, dali ra ka ma bored kay routine na imo buhaton but d advantage is... u can work anytime u want at your convinience, if sa office yup routine gihapon but u can talk and meet diff. people; its time consuming, naay times nga ma stress ka on your way to work tungod sa traffic and especially now nga uwan uwan.
