Scary, pero kung naa kay contacts or kaila from BIR, NSO, Pag-Ibig, HDMF, etc... you could easily find someone's present location and other personal data.

I tried it before, I searched for someone and gathering some data using 3 government agencies... Akong nakuha ang information but afterwards i felt bad...
