upgrade nalang to PCIe. low end gpus cheap naman. maka save paka sa budget. di paka mag mahay sa 16x speed sa PCIe.

Eh, my PC is still fairly fast, if I upgrade, I have to change most right? From processor to memory, mobo, etc.

Asrock 775Dual VSTA -> It supports core2duo, ddr2 667 & dddr400, and has both AGP and PCI-E slots.

now i rembered too, my mother was asking me to compare two (i think) ASUS motherboards, and one of them had a agp+pci-e combo, but damn it I cant recall what motherboard that was arrgghhH!!

i think there is no support for the old P4. i believe the is only applicable to socket 775 for intel and 754 and up for AMD.

775DUAL-VSTA is certainly available here in cebu. Just contact your favorite computer store for one. Sad thing however is the lack of support for your old P4. You really have to buy the Intel 775 processor. The good thing is that, all your other peripherals could still be used. ^_^
