Why wouldn't it be okay? A stressed and weakened body is never good in any form of exercise whether you're a nocturnal or otherwise. In other words, get ample sleep then exercise.
Yes it is ok aslong as what cloudduster said, with ample sleep. Its the same with exercise in the morning that if you lack sleep its bad.
night shift ko. been working out since nagcall center ko. ig mata nako maggym dayon ko. atleast 6 to 7 hours ako sleep.

ok raman mag gym bisan night shift ka gikan.
be sure to find a way to relax after mag exercise.
