    Default Lemon Grass Terraces (Worst experience so far)


    Didto mi aning kan-anana duha ka domingo na ang nilabay para unta maniudto.
    Nagsearch mi sa google asa naay Vietnamese noodle soup unya mao ni ang pinakaduol kay didto sad mi nanimba sa ayala. Abi nako nindot ug serbisyo, so nisulod mi ug nilingkod. Gihatagan mi ug menu sa waitress. Nakit-an dayun namo among gusto iorder. Nagpaabot mi nga moduol na waiter/tress pero wala jud. Naay niabiot ug gipalingkod sa among likod, 3 ka tawo, mga 15mins after mi nilingkod. Pila ka minuto nilabay gikuha na ang ilang order. 20 mins after gikan mi nakalingkod wala jud kuhaa among order. So, nanggawas mi ug ang tigwelcome na babaye nitutok pa namo.
    Ang ending, nanggawas mi ug didto na lang mi naniudto sa hukad.
    Ako lang masulti ani nga kan-anan is grabe modiscriminate. Abi kay ultimo ra ug dagway, wala ra mi gitagad. Ang kadto naa sa among likud abi kay datoon ug porma, dali nga gi-abiabi.     Gi reklamo unta to ninyo sir. Basin ang preference lang sa tig order, and dili mo reflect sa credibility sa restaurant. Gireklamo to ninyu ang tig take sa order.

    wa gyud nada diha (daw)....2 people i know naka-kaon diha.....

    ang trabahante sir is ang representante sa estabshimento. unsaon pagreklamo sir nga sa dinaghandaghan nila didto wa man jud niduol namo?

    pag gusto mai paraan . . pag ayaw ang daming dahilan. .

    Naa ka point sis pero fine dining baya na sila dapat naa na sila initiative. Ma-klaro sad baya nimo if ready na mu-order ang customer kay mag-lingi2x ug mu-inat ug maayo ang liog. I'm not just saying this to prove a point kay twice na ko naka-experience ug bad service diri.

    First was on my graduation. Ang ingon sa waitress ato 15-25 minutes ang serving time sa amo order kay daghan. An hour later ayha pa nahatag amo order and to think 4 ra siya ka potahe. Ako huna2x kay basin busy lang jud sila ato which at that time they were kay it was a weekend then daghan pud to mga customers.

    My second experience was when my aunt from Dubai visited Cebu. Kani na experience ang pinka-grabe. Although naka-lingkod mi dayon kay wala kaayo tao we waited for 30 minutes before we were entertained. We were told to wait 15-20 minutes for the food and 30 minutes for the soup. 45 minutes after pa na-serve ang food. I'd also like to add we 30 minutes for our change. In my opinioin, I think they do discriminate kay ang gipang-sulob namo ato na time is shirt and pants lang and dili pud branded. Ang amo mga kilid na table puro mga milyonarya ug milyonaryo ug dating, ang ila orders mas na-una ug abot maski kami ang na-una ug order. Ultimo service water delayed pud. Wala man lang complimentary food. Arang2 pa ug service ang Dimsum maski dili sila fine dining.

    basin wala nimo tawaga ang waiter sir na mo order naka. basin parehas ramo nag hinuwatay..

    actually, i've been to this restaurant so many times and in fact, mao ni ang 1 of my most preffered restaurant sa ayala... wala ko masulti na bati ani nila.

    mas maayo jud unta to bro na imo sila gitawag na mo order naka or ganahan ka moreklamo... i think na mis interpret lang seguro nimo ang nahitabo... nowadays, i doubt na appliable pa ba ang descrimination diri sa ato particularly sa mga restaurant or resto bars...

    lemon grass resto had made several bad reps even before pa. one incident that i witnessed was 2 waiters got into a heated argument which ended having the 2 of them trading blows. padung nato closing and naglalis sila tungod sa tip. i mean bati kaayo ang gireflect na image adto sa lemon grass. i don't know what happened to them after coz we didnt stand around to watch the fistfight but i just wish the management did something about it after. that was way back 2007-2008 i recall.

    mao ganing kami ang gitawag ug customer nya sila is service provider. so ako nga customer akoy mangita ug paagi para makaorder ko? kung maohon, dili ko sa fine dining resto moadto but sa karenderya.
    Of course discrimination is very rampant especially sa pinas. i have been to shops in cebu where the other guy is entertained rather than me because naka polo ug slacks sya while I just usually wear short pants, tshirt and tsinelas but still im the one who ended up buying more than 10k worth of goods while the guy that was entertained did not even buy a merchandise.
    kabalo sad tawn ko mobasa ug lihuk sa tawo especially sa mga service providers. it doesn't need a genius to understand their actions.

    Ka-kuyaw man diay aning LEMON GRASS nga restaurant.. Ma-pasmo ta sa ilang kalaki dah..
    Dapat i-report or mo reklamu unta mo para mahibaw sad cla sa ilang sayup..
