what I'm looking sir is a SHORT TERM COURSE for you to become a NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR.

I'm not telling that it can be achieved overnight. That's why I'm looking for an institution for me to gather knowledge.

And yes, I agree with you. It takes time to become a NETWORK ADMIN but learning it through studying thru short term trainings/courses from institutions is one step of becoming ONE.
