Ang problema sir is DDR2 pa imong RAM which is mahal2 jd but dili ingana ka nindot na compared to the cheaper DDR3 and more reliable. and most PCs now is using ddr3.. With that said. ma full uprade jd ka sir. Mboard, ram and proc. The Video card is a bit old as well. 512mb man tingali na cya.. Here is a my suggested spec low to mid gaming rig

Mboard: gigabyte 770
Vcard: HD5570 2gb GDDR3
RAM: x2 2gb DDR3 para igo jd ang mga channels. unless mga x64 bit ka nga OS duha ka 4gb ddr 3 dala ra
Proc: Amd A4 2.7ghz

mao ni akong current rig rn... upgraded ra sad ni from old rig ang mga parts akong nagamit sa old rig kay
PSU: Thermal Take 500w
HDD:500gb
more or less akong nagasto is around 10-11k

but to answer your question more or less ang value sa imong rig rn is low gyud sir
