    Default [Q] My Weight issue need advice


    26 years old ko, male, ug akong timbang 48.5-49 kilograms and 5'6" in height. Underweight ko and based sa BMI dapat 120 lbs. or 54-55 kgs pero ang problema, nakasulay ko abot anang timbanga sauna feeling nako but-at kaayo ko, murag baboy, daling kapoyan, wala maanad. etc etc..

    Necessary ba jud nga hanaa ko sa ideal weight kay feeling nako mas ok ko aning ako weight karon. Daghan nagasaway ka nako na "niwang" apan wala man nanggawas akong bukog.hehehe I do exercise daily, squats, push/pull ups, light weight press/clean with high reps, curl ups, and punching bag sessions, [until failure] therefore makasulti ko deprensya sa LEAN FIT ug NIWANG TUGSOY.hehehe I have high metabolism, mga >10 minutes ra gani silhig sa balay sington dayon ko. hehe

    Aim lang jud nako kay LEAN and FIT...

    I think its a need to add little more weight, you might be lean and solid pero mag tan.aw nag taw nmu kay daot kaau ka..Weight charts are standard but not necessary jd nga muabot jd ka sa level sa charts but as long nga healthy looking ba.. I suggest that eat more carbo with exercise for this you will reach your desired BMI. Hope this helps.

    same rata bro.. sauna 110 lbs rko.. karon naa nko sa 129lbs.. pero sagul pa ang tambok sa tiyan..

    i think kuwang ka sa kaon, pahuway ug saktong weight lifting.. sauna mao sad na ako gi ingon na ok rman ako weight pero lahi rajud especially kng naa ka kaon tarong, pahway ug lifting session bsan 3x a week lng..

    >@ Butitor: Sakto sad na gi-ingon ni karloboy sir, not necessarily nga imo jud sundon or mo-abot ato nga level sa chart . basta komportable lang ka sa imong lawas/kaugalingon nya healthy imo body..ok na kaayo na. mao man sad imo na-andan, though naa ngali gamay room for improvement. Fast man sad gud imo metabolism.. suway sad kuno mga food nga with protein sir, carbs sad. Sa akong height bug-at jud ko (murag overweight gamay...hehe)..Secret nalang, pero mao ni ako na-andan, ganahan ko bulky(dili sad tambok). Balance out everything lang sir, imo diet/rest/exercise.
