hello mga ka istoryans...just ask sa inyong mga experience or idea kung unsay diagnostic aning problema sa akong uncle na computer uhmm...ang history is nag open cla ug skype in the middle of conversation na restart and computer k nag update, pag balik sa booth up mi log in balik cla pero di na mka open sa ym ug skype and ym naa warning "The ordinal 459 could not be located in the dynamic link libray urlmon.dl then ang skype app inig click sa app to open k mag blink2x nalang, kasuway mu ani? unsay problema ani gi padagan naku ang windows na anti virus wa may virus then open q ug chrome ok raman sad, akong gi try ug unstall and ym and skype and install new one but still the same.

can you browse using IE (Internet Explorer)?
skype has IE dependencies (as i recall).
if you have problems w/ IE then most likely you can't use Skype.

it doesn't matter what browser you set as default.
Skype will still use the IE engines.

oh okay got but wat let say what conflict jud xa wat is the diagnose? uhmm but cge naman cla gamit ani sa ilang skype karon lang na ingon ani anyway unsay remedi ani? but ingon ka lagi if "if you have problems w/ IE then most likely you can't use Skype" but naka gamit na cla bfore more than 2years na karon lang na ingon ani

i never said there is a conflict.
your IE most likely got corrupted during the update.
aside sa Skype, there are other apps w/c rely upon that urlmon.dll

Yesterday, 11:30 PM Fixed it, the problem was that I didn't have IE installed.
