EA Announces Need for Speed: Rivals for Xbox One, PS4, PC, and Current-Gen | EGMNOW

EA has finally lifted the lid on its next generation entry into the Need for Speed franchise, titled Need for Speed: Rivals.
Rivals is being developed by new development studio Ghost in collaboration with Criterion and will be powered by DICE’s Frostbite 3 engine. The game is set to launch later this year for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
Need for Speed: Rivals transports players to Redview County, an open-world environment which offers players the choice of being either a street racer or police officer. Players can customize their cars with custom license plates, paint, liveries, rims, and performance upgrades.
