    Default Pregnancy Dilemma

    Hello fellow istoryans.

Here I am again, asking for your opinions, suggestions about this matter!

I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant. Sa 8 weeks palang nako naa koy spotting / brownish discharges, so I went to the doctor and recommended me a TVS Ultrasound. There I found out that I have a "minimal Subchoroinic Hemorhage". So I went back to my OBGYN and found out that if this gets worse pwde ko magmiscarry.

So my OBGYN told me to take meds para pakapit sa bata and to lessen pod sa pagbusog sa akong tiyan. So after 2 weeks of treatment / meds w/ bed rest girecommend ko sa akong doctor balik ug TVS Ultrasound.

Karon my question is, I know mahal kau ang panganak karon and we are currently taklid sa PF sa private doctor namo karon, ganahan ko magpackage deal ta. ok bah kaha ni ang akong desisyon nah mu transfer ko magpackage deal?

Please enlighten me fellow istoryans. Thanks a lot.

    - Update -

Last May 28, 2013 took my ultrasound sa Sacred Heart Hosp. and at least good news ang ning salubong nako. My SCH kay na lessen from 2.42ml to 0.93ml. and the baby is fine too. At least good news. Pero I'm still experiencing lower abdominal pain (pus.on area). and my OB advice me to take lots of lab test to determine unsa ang cause aning lower abdominal pain nako. Thanks istoryans for your enlightenment.

    Hi,

At 7 months she gave birth to our daughter. She is now 3 years old. I understand the financial issue. Pero sa imo situation I would suggest na inyo nalang agwantahon ang gasto-on TS. Sa among case gud kani laging nanaginot ang nahitabo P470k ang amo bill sa PSH and we still owe them about P230k.

SO if ganahan jud ka ma atiman ug ang imo bb private OBY nalang jud TS. Sa among case sauna tanan santos amo gipanawag. Salamat sa diyos OK ra kaayo ang bata then we had all the help pud. Ni duol ko sa ofic ni Cong Del Mar he gave me a 25k check. PSCO gave me 10k friends & relatives help at least we were able to pay half of what we owe.

Hello TS. Normally bisan kinsa siguro nga buntis maworry kung makabantay ug bleeding anytime in their pregnancy. (pero these doctors nakahandle na man sad ug patients during their internship and PGI days). if moadto gyod ka ug private na OB and consultant pa gyod, then kana maassure gyod ka na hanas and knowledgeable gyod ang mohandle nimo.

Sa imoha sad condition. Chorionic hematomas can be caused by the separation of the chorion from the endometrium (inner membrane of the uterus). Ang endometrium mao na ang layer sa imoha matres where nekapit o neadhere ang fetus. naa man uban ani na na mawala ra and maabsorb ra ang dugo pero naa sad uban na dili and magsige dako. kuyaw gyod ug magkadako kay pwede gyod na maabort ang bata and prone sad ka sa mga complications. mas maayo sad na di sa ka mag-alsa ug bug-at o magexercise. pro base sa geingon nimo nagbedrest na man ka. i hope nakahatg ko ug gamay lang na info, nimo.

Decisions... decisions.. decisions. My younger sister had her last pregnancy packaged.. it was a financial savior. Then again, it looks like you could use some help from specialists which in this case, I doubt being offered by any pregnancy packages. I hope this all gets sorted out. Good luck.

    HI TS,

I hope I could be of help to you. I too back when I was preggy nagka subchorionic hemorrhage ko and these are the sizes:

    6 weeks: 1.7x2.1x1.0cm size
    8 weeks: 2.0x1.0x0.9cm size
    10 weeks: 1.7x1.2x0.9cm size

I don't know unsaon pag convert to ml like the result you have? kay mao man ni ang naa sa ako ultrasound results. I was also under medications at that time. Mine was Duphaston and Duvadilan. Para sad to pangpakapit sa baby as what my OB told me. By 13weeks nawala rasad ang subchorionic hemorrhage nako. Subchorionic hemorrhage happens when the embryo, would slightly separate from the uterus thus will cause a tear and spotting/bleeding. As what I've researched, mu heal ra daw na in time basta gamay ra iya tear just like mine. I was also put to bed rest at that time while taking my meds. Mas maayo if you take precautions like avoiding carrying heavy stuffs and stress. AND! di ni siya binoang... no contact gyud mo ni hubby while naa pa ang hemorrhage. Always eat healthy pud and take your pre natal vitamins & milk.

We also have the same issue back then, nga mahal ang pag panganak ug maayo pa package nalang mi or sa birthing home ko manganak but, I also wanted to be sure sa safety sa baby so mao to nag private OB ko and thankfully sad nalampasan namo tanan bisan daghan kaayo ko issues sa ako pregnancy. Maayo sad kaayo mu atiman ako OB as in. Sa PHS ko nanganak and C/S ko for a special cause man sad to. I could not imagine nga nagnanak ko ug normal... and naa issue sa pusod ako baby. I'm very thankful lang pud sa ako Perinatologist ug OB kay they kept him safe. I was waiting for their decision when gyud siya ipanganak, as they don't want him nga ahat pagka birth ug late nasad ang pag pagawas niya which is also kuyaw.

Basta, keep in mind nga package gani, ang mu askikaso gyud ana is ang resident nga OB. If Private OB ka, lahi ra gyud ang pag atiman sa imo especially if naa ka worries or problems sa imo pregnancy.

thanks a lot. this helps a lot. at least naa pod good news ang outcome nah ning comment. kay mostly sa akong na read gyud negative outcome jd. im beginning to go nuts about ani. hehe. ning adto ko sa akong ob ana lang jd xa nah i should be resting lang jd. usahay gahi pod ko gamay ug ulo gud. dili man pod malikayan kay naa mn pod koy toddler and i'm the one taking care of her. dili pod malikayan na maglihok2x. pero dili pd ko mu alsa hinuon ug bug.at. so my ob told me nah KKK lang daw jd ang akong trabaho for the next month. "Kaon, Kalibang, Katug"...

she also told me sad nah if maayo ni xa i can have a normal deliver of course with her help pod. kay ning ask ko niya tumataging ting nah 100k ang iyang CS. dili madala jd sa budget. ana ang akong hubby if ma ok nah daw kuno tanan bcn mu balhin nlng mi ug package deal kay in case daw ma CS ko.

Sis, for now ayaw sad na problemaha ang C/S or normal delivery. Think na malampasan ninyo both ni baby ang 1st trimester which is the crucial stage of baby's development. Naka read gani ko sa lain nga forum nga, dako gani to iya size sa subchorionic hemorrhage nya nag bleeding siya pero na heal raman sad ug she was able to give birth normally and the baby was fine. Depende ra gyud na sa case-to-case basis. Is your spotting, brown? if so, meaning karaan na nga blood which is good. By the way, ako sad lain ika advise kay, if mu poop ka, ayaw ug utong. At first it may be hard, kay wala na anad pero mao gyud na gi advise ako OB. Mao to until pila ka months gyud to nako gi buhat out of hadlok sad hahaha pero na ok rah.

Dako2x sad gyud mi ato nagasto more than 100k kay ako anak na NICU man then ako sad kay confine ko 9days before I gave birth nya 5days ko hospital after giving birth.

Para nako, as long as it's for you and your baby's safety, go for C/S lang. Pero if kaya sa imo lawas ang labor and labi nah wala prob sa imo baby then pwede kaayo ka mag normal delivery. I've seen mothers w/ pre-eclampsia & gestational diabetes nga naka anak ra gyud normal pero of course binantayan gyud sila kay if di na kaya sa lawas, then C/S gyud unta to sila. But so far, na ok raman ug naka anak ra sila normal delivery.
