Triple Swiping of Credit Card!!

Hi guys!! I badly need help right now for those people who had experienced this kind of situation i'm into right now. Well, ana ni cya.. I purchased something sa Pacific Mall Mandaue last April 28, 2013. Then today nag-inquire ko sa akong outstanding balance sa credit card. Then I noticed nga naai excess amount nga di nako ma-trace so I called up Metrobank to ask for my recent credit card transactions. Nya I found out nga naai isa ka transaction nga katulo na-post. Meaning katulo na swipe akong CC for that certain transaction. So right now I wanna gather suggestions on how to process reversal of this one nga kanang effective and dali ra cya.. Naai nakasuway ninyo dri ug ing-ani??

I did experience before in Singapore,
pero honest lang ang restaurant nga among gikan-an,
gitagaan gyud ko ug refund after 2 weeks.
kaduha nila na-swipe akong debit card.

You can ask your credit card's bank to have the extra charges reversed, or go back to the place at Pacific mall to have it done.

Kung mobalik ko sa merchant ba dali ra ang process sa pag-reverse or dugay2 jud?? Nya naai possibility nga i-dishonor nila akong dispute??

katulo na swipe? every card transactions naa man jud nay first receipt only the second and third copy will have the options to cancel printing it. Wala diay ka kabantay na two ka receipt ang na transacts? better ask the bank for the approval code # for transactions, if the same gani kay naa jud na lapses sa systems, if dili pareha, get a print of it then go back to the merchant and ask for refund with a tone " I will try to inquire this to DTI". kana ma double pa imo refund with gift certificates.. hehehe..

kong naa ka sa receipt pwede raka mo file og dispute sa imong CC provider imo ingon 1 transaction rato. ila rana i reverse ang charge
