if call center ka, i believe nay open-door policy dha so that means you can tell the management whatever it is that's hindering you in doing your job (power-trippers included), so for me best thing to do is to talk it out, in a professional manner. If dili jud mada, aw hatag dayun ug 30 day notice para ma-threat pud sila, hahaha! anyway you can still retract it if you change your mind. Oh wait, optional ra na cya. heheh...

I think applicable ra ni cya if regularized na ka, if not, there is a risk of loosing your job labi na coz you are dealing with a power-tripper.
