^tomshardware did a comparison between the two. there where 3 models the EVGA GTX 690, Powercolor Devil13 HD7990 and HIS HD7970x2.
EVGA GTX 690 beats the Devil13 but the HIS HD7970X beats the EVGA GTX690(though all 690s have reference design)
Added: it seems AMD finally released their Malta. I thought Malta was opposing competitor of Nvidia's TITAN cause of the name Malta. hahahah. but it was the GTX 690Last edited by senpai91; 05-08-2013 at 06:44 PM.

perceived FPS and frametime is very worse on HD7990.
