    I do go workouts 4 times a week but I still have my beer belly. hehe.. unsaon pagpawala ani? do i need some supplements? nahan nako magka-ABS.. hehe

    boss, mao na pinaka dugay hilison. continue lang ur routine. sometimes, skin naman lang na. which is lisod jud wagtangon unless magpa tummy tuck ka. for the mean time, pag cardio lang sa till ma wa na ang visceral fats.
