At the pace in which pc/laptops get new releases at least every 6months, it is taken that their value would depreciate as much. Expect na nato nga after 3 years, a laptop would not fetch a salvage value half that of the purchase price. If you bought that for 30k in 2010, lisod na mahalin ug 15k because:
    1. Its parts have been stressed, bisan pa moingon ka nga inampingan na. It's the basic rule of depreciation.
    2. Its specs would not be anything near as fast/big as current models after 3 years as dictated by Moore's Law.
    3. You can buy outgoing 2012 models for a little more than half its original price.

Sorry for all that blahblah bisan gamay ra imo pangutana.. The answer is NONE!

My advise is just just keep it, sell it sa province or give to a less fortunate relative..

10k i think is a fair price if your laptop is from an established brand. If its the likes of ECS, Acer, Neo, etc, lisod na mahalin. Anyway, just try to sell it sa BnS..
