Technical Coordinator Job Description:

Main duties involve:

• Activating customers in our system
• Technical desk support
• Documentation including update on knowledge-based/FAQs
• Link building
• Problem solving- general administration
• Assisting other team members with their workload

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Information Technology or any course relevant to the position
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Preferably, with experience in customer service and SEO
• Keen to details, highly organized, and is a problem-solver

I worked here before. Very good starting pay and the CEO's very genuine, accommodating and a very sensible person. The workers are pretty great themselves too. It's a small family but it's a happy one. They're looking for a Social Media Specialist (you literally get payed to go on Facebook and Twitter all day) right now I guess. Just wasn't able to stay because I had bigger problems at home.
