2 & 3.) Buy @ any electronic store, naa na sila ana

Etching solution is called Ferric Chloride, but there are other methods online to etch a PCB, using Sodium Hydroxide and Muriatic Acid.

Ganahan unta ko ako mo-process ana, but naa ko gi-experimentuhan and medyo busy pa.
