OT: thanks pwede ko magask. asa nato makuha ang voter's ID? kay nibalhin ko ug residence and I think napadala nila didto sa old residence namo..

No you just need a VALID ID to do so. Valid meaning, SSS, passport, driver's license, I dont know about school ID if you bring school ID i think you have to bring 2 or another ID, I'm not sure.
