Now I know, I will try to work more harder on the gym, thanks for this wonderful article.
para nako dili maayo babae mag weightlifting.. kung ma stop nimo.. ang mahitabo.. mo yatyat imong skin then naay chance modako na hinuon imong tiyan.. nahitabo ni nako.. imbis flat kaayo ang stomach.. naa na hinuon gamay bilbil.. exercise lang siguro or swimming mas nindot..
Di ko ganahan ing ani nga lawas. Maka turn off. Mura nakag fallopian tube tan.awn nga gaborot borot murag choriso. Especially women. Healthy pa dei ni?
Thanks for shedding light on some myths of weight lifting![]()
myth sad na cya.. manambok na tungod nagpa bilin ang kaon unya wla na nag workout.. no offense .. but compare your lifestyle before and today.. mao na cya.. swimming is also an aerobic exercise which will go as a cardio workout.. cardio and weight training are two different things.. if this is based on your experience.. try to experience more, and venture deeper.. you may have been there before, you are not there and you dont have it now because you stopped. Make it a lifestyle.. everything comes to diet.. weight training does miracles.. especially with diet and cardio..
so.. compare imo kina-on before ug karon. daghan kaayo ug factors na mka affect.. like for example if you dieted before in a way of skipping meals.. it will ofcourse damage your metabolism on the long run, mka affect na cya on the later years na dli nka mo lose unless you eat smaller and smaller pa gyud.. so.. give it a shot gain.. live fit, live healthy to stay healthy and fit.
