    Default Makadaot ba jd sa mata ang mg hilamos after hours of atubang ug computer?


    Guys, tinuod ba ni or buhat2 ra.. kay ako g search2 sa net wala mae proof or ng sulti nga makadaot jd sa mata ang mg hilamos after hours nga mg atubang sa computer

    Unsa diay naa sa hilamos nga makadaot mn? ive read sa internet nga mas maau gani nuon mag hilamos after using the pc para pawala sa radiation

    para nko kung gikan ko sge ug atubang pc unya nanghilam-os ko, murag lain paminaw sa akong mata..
    mao para nko cguro naay epekto kung manghilam-os ka gkan ka atubang computer, and i think makadaot

    pariho ra ra guro na sa concept nga dili pwede manghugas ug kamot kung gikan luto, plantsa, play ug instrument, etc.. Kay stressed man ang mata gikan.

    Base on my experience lang, nihapdos man ako mata kadugayan, then mao to niundang ko katong niingon ako workmate na makadaot daw sa mata.

    sa ako rang nabantayan, kung mang hilam.os ko nya ang tubig kay mo sud sa mata kay medyo hapdos.

    naa bitaw article stating na dapat jud diay mag wash sa face after a long use of computer to add mosture to dried eyes. Wala sad ni confirm na makadaot jud ang magwash sa face after a stressful day, still I will play the safe part. Dili ko mag facial wash after a longday in the pc.

    I'm not so sure kung
    makadaot naa koy nakit-an
    sa net about hydrotherapy sa strained
    eyes.

    Hydrotherapy

    •Place a bowl of hot water and a bowl of cold water in front of you. The hot water should be hot but not so hot that it burns you. The cold water should be ice cold, so either put ice cubes in it or get it out of the refrigerator.
    •Put a wash cloth in each bowl.
    •Place the wash cloth from the bowl of hot water against your closed eyes for 30 seconds.
    •Then do the same with the wash cloth from the bowl of cold water.
    •Continue to alternate the hot and cold wash cloths.
    •Finish by gently massaging your closed eyes with a dry towel.
    •Do this for two minutes

    I think oo... Kay sa ako experience if gikan ko basa ug books or browse sa computer then hilam-os dayon kay muhapdos akong mata...
