    Default body posture


    its really untidy when i look at my stolen pictures.
    kay bayuko kay ko.
    nya every time maka labay kog mirror dira pa ko maka notice.
    d man ma notice gud.
    esp. when reading or studying, magka bayuko jud ko
    i dont wanna suffer from osteoporosis someday

    try to buy atong supporter nga sul-ubon sa buko2 ts .
    actually gamit na cya sa hospital especially sa mga na piang aron dli keu malihok .
    kalimot lng ko unsay tawag ana.
    bsta nindot cya gamiton para bako , im actually using it pero gi labay sa akong mama .
    taghapan rsad to naq nakit-an nya kalimot kos pangan >.>

    Slouching is not causal to osteo but it's a visual queue. Inum lang gatas perme.

    Make it a habit to have a good posture, and be really conscious about it.

    ...i hv noticed na naa man ibutang back support to get the right posture!

    posture shoulder brace... basin naa sa berovan.. this is what i do to my px.. i told them to stand on the wall on your back. Buttocks, shoulder blades, and head must touch the wall.. eyes looking straight.. stomach in, breast out.. like a soldier.. do it for 5-10mins.. it will take time to recover to original posture..

    try Yoga ts... there are specific asanas nga makatabang pag correct sa posture

    Hala ui.. bati pod akong posture.. nadala jud siya gikan pagkabata...tsk tsk.. re: yoga for a nice posture.. naa moy nindot nahibaw an diri dapit mandaue?

    this has been a struggle since i believe i am lactose intolerant
