you only have to take it before you go to sleep. You can take 1-2 tablets, I'm only taking 1 unless sometimes if I forgot to take the day before, I take 2. This is NOT ADVISABLE when you go out drinking as you will get dehydrated (experienced it).



It's a stimulant Laxative meaning when you wake up, you will poop..either solid or liquid, if liquid much better meaning that's the oil from the foods you ate that cannot be burned by your body..that's the only effect but not like your having LBM..
