Question on opening up a franchise business [NEED HELP!!!]

im planning to start a franchise business and plan nko to open it up sa mga gamay lng sa na malls like gaisano metro, gaisano tabunok or emall depende pa asa ma gustohan ug pila ang rent.

my questions are about acquiring licenses and business permits and other government legalities.

1. if mag franchise ka ug foodcart, kinahanglan ba mag kuha pd ka ug imong separate DTI, BIR and business permit as a franchise or pwede ra ang mga permits sa franchisor?

2. need pd ba magkuha ug sss & philhealth business registration pra sa imong mga empleyado or pwede ra wla na?

sa mga nka try ug food cart business nga naa sa mall can you please help and give me insights on opening a franchise located inside sa mall.

unsay procedure na buhaton like shall i close the negotiation sa franchisor pra mka negotiate npud ko sa mall nga rentahan. unsay una buhaton??

better talk to the mall admin about ani, kay murag dependent na sa mall admin unsay gusto nila... basin dili cla ganahan mo disclose diri most specially sa last part kanang about sa rental fees....

bro ..get first permit and license kasi kasi po di ka maka rent sa mga mall pag walang permit and license requirements na sa mga mall...kay i ahve food cart also naa sa mall befor wala ko ka sustain sa rent ako gibalhin ug lain na lugar ....then i also go to another innovative franchise concept na ma ka less ko sa overhead....go go go franchise..ganda yan

maski naay existing permits ang akong kuhaan ug franchise. mag kuha jpun ko ug akong kaugalingon nga dti permit, business permit, BIR, SSS ug Philhealth permits??

pila pd ang usual sweldo sa kuhaon na crew ana sir? like mall hours nga 9am-9pm mga pila kaha ang sweldo akong e-offer nila ana sir??
