running stock HSF G640 not OC'ed. Case is Silverstone Redline 1 120mm intake 1 120mm exaust

Is this something i should be worried about or normal rani?

re-seat your cpu heatsink properly...re-apply Thermal paste....

Check the fan of your HSF if its working

or you may also try using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility or HWmonitor. naa bya uban software na faulty and temperature readings with recent or newly released hardwares. if mao ra gai japon, buhata ang giingon ni gaspar.

^ agree with this. try other software such as HW Monitor. bukal namang tubig at 100 oC

3rd party coolers are becoming cheaper nowadays...suroy2x lang sa buy&sell section.Init man pud kaayo ang panahon ron...65degrees akoa core i5 gahapon duwa ko mga bug-at....normally mga 61degrees ra unta ni...

Software na sya. Kai kung hardware pa na, the computer would have shut down.. No worries bro..

i think sa hardware po yan sir..mali po yung readings nyan...kasi po iisang lang naman yung processor nyo.. magksama yung core1 at core2. kaya level lang dapat yung temp nilang dalawa.. try nyo po linisin yung pins ng mobo and yung sa processor... or try nyo din po lagay yung processor sa ibang mobo...
