where to find Authentic DUMPLINGS in cebu?

had a trip to binondo, manila recently and we're hooked to Dumplings! but i just cant find a resto in cebu that serves authentic dumplings like this: (plus i tuslob pa jud sa black vinegar!)



any one know where?
