I learned this saying when I was a newbie before:

the door is always open....nobody forced you to be here. If you don't like their treatment with newbies...the door is wide open.

don't expect a royal treatment....we are not your servants. Just like you, we learned that the hard way. It's better for you to research what you got in to rather than asking questions which can be answered by reading rules and regulations and all shebang.
