para nako, ngano man jud ang parents nako old school style man?like naa juy doubts and fears kung unsa akoang plano sa akong kinabuhi bisan pag sa kaayohan nako..murag dili mosugot or uyon sa plano sa anak?ambot wa jud ko kasabot..if ako na ang naai anak puhon, lipay ko maminaw sa akong anak kung unsa iyang gusto basta sa kaayohan ra niya ug asa pud siya malipay..how can we prove something if they can't accept what we want in our lives?

hardships may come and go..there are days that we feel comfortable, but, knowing these decisions that you have is a very,very serious obligation and commitment..we may feel tired and you feel like giving up, don't make it as an hindrance from what you've decide in the first place, it's a way to know that once you reach to the mountain top, it feels very relaxing, and still feel hungry for more success..

go ahead and live your life regardless of what they will say, just make sure, you go the right way and prove them that you are no longer their baby who always need them ... don't misinterpret their concerns, there are just parents like yours, it's probably how they were brought up or lots of other factors ... fortunately, my parents always listen to what i have to say and we compromise ...

It really depends on the type of parents you have. There are a lot of parents out there that are open minded and are willing to hear out their children. Just try to make them listen and prove to them that you are capable of making the right decisions. Parents are just thinking for their childrens wellfare but sometimes they need to be enlightened since they are not always right.
