hello mga istoryans,mangutana ko ba,kinsa mo bayad sa subdivision/home owners association monthly dues,ang tag iya sa balay or ang ng rent ?

ang currently nagpuyo sa house ts.... kung tag iya ang nagpuyo siya ang magbayad kung ang nag rent ang nagpuyo siya ang mobayad unless it is clearly specified sa lease contract kung kinsa magbayad....

sop na na ts kay kung kinsa nagpuyo siya man ang nag enjoy sa services sa subdivision like security, garbage collection, cleaning sa sorroundings etc.... mao jud ang mobayad
