How to cook pritong daing na pusit:
1. Ingredients:
dried squid
cooking oil

Procedure:
1. Rinse the dried squid with water. You can also soak it in cold water until it become soft.
2. Strips or cut dried squid into your preferred sizes. (Optional but recommended for M/L size)
3. Heat oil in pan. (Note: The oil should be very hot).
4. Fry the dried squid for a minute or less.
5. Drain the oil.
6. Serve with vinegar (with chili is great) as dipping sauce.

Note: Best to eat this when its still hot. Enjoy eating
