Non-Photo Blue Pencil, Where to get one?

Who knows where I can get non-photo blue pencils for sketching/cartooning?
I've tried National but they were clueless and told me they don't have those.
It looks like this:

Take not, blue iya lead. Kasagaran nahitabo sa akoa kay tunolan kog staedler na blue iya body, pero black lead.

Naa bay art supply specialty store diri cebu?

it's just any cyan colored pencil or any colored pencil. use photoshop to remove the colored lines after scanning.

Actually TS, I have one. It's the color ENO from Pilot. They have it in National but be warned! They are sold at like 6 leads from P50. Ok ra nako because I'm doing this for a vanity project.... Ok lang if I post pics later? Wala ko sa akonghouse right now

Pwede pud na, but dili ba time consuming kung i photoshop pa nako para i erase ang lines?

filter out a particular color. 1 click only. I forgot how but I'm pretty sure you can google tutorials. I havnt doodled for a long time na. most likely you're working digitally. kapoy man sige photocopy sa mga trabaho siguro. it's either adobe photoshop or corel painter. at least , mao ni akong na try katong sa-ona.
