Responsibilities:
• He will be creating schedules of all campaigns based on the media forecast provided by the client or call history of the campaign/s
• Analyze call center trends in order to predict long-term and short-term staffing needs. Develops force to load balancing strategies, peak day strategies, interval level staffing forecasts, scheduling options/flexibility and holiday recommendations and planning
• Tracks attendance of the production personnel
• Real time strategies in events of staffing needs
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in college, required
• Must have Average English Communication Skills
• Must have work experience both in scheduling and forecasting (external)
• Must have knowledge with Avaya CMS and IEX (external)
• MIS - Analyst, Data Analyst, RTA (Real Time Analyst), OSC (Operation Support Center) and Reports Specialist experience is an advantage
• Must have knowledge with Asternic, PBX and VICIDial
• Intermediate skills for Microsoft Excel
• Must have knowledge with other Microsoft Office Applications
