Its good that you are starting your own business. You are starting so for making permanent client give them quality with reasonable price. If they are permanent then increase price. All the best.

It requires a very little amount of capital by which you can start your business. Selecting a right spot is a matter. But no worry you can try for ot. Because laundry business is good that people even in recession days uses these kind of services.

U need at least 2 20kilos heavy duty washin machine n a dryer... Use gasul for power instead of electricity.. Mas maayo hands on ka for d 1st year of operations.. lastly hire someone to go around to pick up laundry (suki) and jst use bike... Trick is not on walk-ins but on yur "suki" customers... By d way, ya gotta have at least 4months rent buffer... Half month will be used for renovation..

Just choose any location that is accessible and dili kaau mahal, not necessary nga duol sa dghan taw. Diha nmo ibutang ang imong laundry center. And, rent cheap areas around your market geography to serve as drop off points. Make your rounds sa drop off points daily at regular intervals. Here's a growth strategy secret that you can use: use JV partnerships with other businesses in your area to serve as your drop off points, drive business to your location and breach the new entry barrier fast. This will not only reduce your costs but dramatically increase your sales and profits.
