    Default MAKATAGAM GYUD!! A very bad experience with SPEEDMASTER


    I visited Speedmaster (also known as bridgestone) in Jakosalem St. for a very simple job. To replace my Fortuner old stock wheels with a new 20 inch tire and rims I bought from Manila. Very simple isn’t it ??

    Labor charge will be same as tire rotation, so I said no problem and go ahead. So they removed my old wheels and installed the new one. No problem so far…..

    I requested them to clean my old wheels because it was dirty when so that I can carry in my baggage. Dili daw pwede. They pass me around and instead suggested me to go to a car wash infront of the archbishop palace. Besides, they are not busy during that time because a lot of LAZY workers was just sitting like ducks. Deep inside me, I said I just let it pass because probably it is not their job. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DUE TO LAZY EMPLOYEES AND SUPERVISORS.

    I paid them for the service rendered and about to leave. TO MY HORROR, My car wont back up so I ask them to check if there is anything wrong and to find out the front wheels were hitting the brake caliper. They did not check properly if the wheels were installed properly. POOR JOB DUE LAZY EMPLOYESS AND SUPERVISORS done haphazardly. RESULTS: SCRATCHS INSTANTLY at the back portion in brand new rims. DAMN.

    I acted calmly and inquired from them for a solution. They informed me that I need a wheel spacer. But they currently don’t have stock. WALA DAW SILA. Instead, I ask them to help me buy for me the spacer because I am not sure if I would get the right thing if I buy it myself. EXPERT man sila so better they help me look for one.

    Instead of helping me, Ask me to go around auto supply and suggested to go buy from their competitor probably they have it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN DUE TO LAZY EMPLOYEES AND SUPERVISORS.

    Leaving me no choice, I requested my wheel supplier in manila to immediately send me spacers to be sure I get the right one. The following day it arrive. KUDOS TO MY MANILA SUPPLIER.

    Aren’t they suppose in the same Tire and Wheel business and expected to stock this parts Or the very least assist get one The reason I went to them instead of a gasoline station because they are specializing in this business.
    I went back to SPEEDMASTER the following day with the parts. And AGAIN installed me with the wheels with the spacer this time. This time the caliper rubbing is solved. But THEY CHARGE ME AGAIN for the job. AREN’T THIS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE NA? AM I OVERCHARGED ? ? ?

    I requested them again to clean my old wheels so I can bring it in my baggage. This time they said yes. It wasn’t that clean though. But I didn’t complain thinking it was FREE. They only use pressurized water to clean it. NO SOAP and nothing ELSE. But to my surprise, they CHARGE ME as EXPENSIVE AS A CAR WASHING CHARGE FOR A SMALL CAR. ARE THEY KIDDING ME? ? ? AM I OVERCHARGED? ? ?

    Checking for rubbing again by steering left and right. I notice that it is literally hitting my mud guard and my front bumpers. I told them to correct it. But they they say it is normal because GAMAY ra. ARE YOU KIDDING ME AGAIN? THEY SHOULD BE ADVISING THE CUSTOMER WHAT IS RIGHT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DUE TO LAZY EMPLOYEES AND SUPERVISORS.

    Consulting to their supervisor on what is the right thing to do, I don’t get an answer just leaving the worker whatever he is doing.

    I decided myself to have the mud guard removed nalang. So the complied. Didn’t took them 5 minutes to remove by 6 screws. 12 screws for both side. Again thought it was FREE SERVICE. BUT 100 pesos for CHARGE for labor to remove them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? MONEY EVERY MOVE. AM I OVERCHARGED

    So finally time to leave, I ask them to put NITROGEN inside my tires instead of ordinary AIR. The LAZY employee discourage me putting nitrogen kay MAHAL daw and I have to top up every 2 weeks. Told them to just GO AHEAD. To my surpise, they did not vacuum my tire so that AIR and NITROGEN wont mix. PALUSOT. Again requested them to remove all gas inside and I want pure nitrogen inside. They only did it in 2 or 3 tires. DONE DAW. The 3rd and 4th one I know they did not do. PALUSOT again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DUE TO LAZY EMPLOYEES AND SUPERVISORS.

    Plus another PALUSOT, they would attempt to OVERCHARGE YOU pa gyud. The size 17 tires of my friends Montero they charge 50 pesos per tire. My 20 inch tires they would wanted to collect 80 pesos per tire. Told them since my 20 tires are thinner than the 17 tires thus requiring less NITROGEN. WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE MORE?? PALUSOT NAPUD to MAKE MORE MONEY? AM I OVERCHARGED? ? ?

    IF supervisors and the employees of this company don’t love your job. BETTER RESIGN. They just don’t know what HELL OF AN EXPERIENCE I HAVE WITH YOU. They ALL have a VERY BAD WORKING ATTITUDE. LUPIG PA GOVERNMENT OFFICE NINYO. PATAKA LANG MO OG TRABAHO OG CHARGE.

    Hoping the management knows what is going in the service area. The LAZY EMPLOYESS AND SUPERVISORS are only watching them if they are around or not. I would wanted to talk to them personally about this but they are all locked inside their office. I hope they IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE and MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY. MAKATAGAM!!

    I know this experience involves small amount of money, I could just imagine if somebody else ask them to do a BIGGER JOB. I believe this experience is magnified several times. Or they just prey those people who doesn’t understand a thing for them to CHARGE WHATEVER YOU WANT.

    PS: For those guys who wanted to avail their service, take it at your own risk. I suggest don’t ever leave your cars there out from your sight. PALUSOT even if you are just there. What more if you just leave your car there for them to play around. BRING YOUR CAR AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

    Grabe nga pangwarta. Kada-lihok bayad... Kulang na lang butangan ug metro sa taxi ilang mga empleyado para kahangyo makita pila imu bayronon.

    Sir, regarding spacers..pila ka inches imo gitaud? Please check kung nipaak ba jud fully ang nut sa imong stock bolts kay considering wa ka ni mention nga giilisan ug bolts gamay ra ang mogunit nga nut sa imong bolt. And sa imong gimention, lazy workers, basin gi derecho ra pud ug taod way tan aw2.

    Naka exp nako ana sir, na tang2 ang ligid nako while nagdagan kay wa nigunit ang nuts. 18inches ra gani to sa ako dmax.
    Nag ilis ko ug stainless stud bolts nga taas.
