    Default unsa kalisod ang pagpangita ug trabaho?


    Lisod ba jud ang mangita ug trabaho? there is this thingy nga gpabuhat sa amoh English teacher then I planned to tackle about job hunting. Now the problem is I don't have enough information on this topic. I'd like to ask some of your ideas and experiences. Share mo please.

    I know some job seekers do walk in application, search jobs on news paper and peer to peer information other than that wala na.

    nya unsa inyu buhaton ana usually? site daw mu inyu mga hardships nga na face ug how did you solve those things.

    Ang makalisod kay kinahanglan nimo work experience para makasulod ka sa trabaho, pero kinahanglan sad nimo makasulod sa trabaho para makakuha ka work experience...

    Maglisod ka pangita basta wala kay experience + ang imong edad labi na work experience sa imong field.

    thanks for pointing this out, this is a nice idea. pero dli ba mahimo nga we can win there side through convincing them in the way we answer there questions and pointing at the same time that skills can be acquired??

    nag libog jud ko aie, kay for me d man guro lisod kau .. peru mag differ man jud sa mga situations sa taw gud, and i think pud mas nice jud if nko proof and supporting details sa ako e pang claim when i'll write these things nya kasu la man ko experiences sa pagpangita ug trabaho. so I am thingking na mas better na gikan sa mga taw nga nka agi jud aneh nga panghitabua para objective ako pag write. (factual)

    I agree with them, mas dali mka apply trabaho if with experience kay para maka balo ka unsa imu ipang tubag2x during interview, pero lisod jud isulod basta first so ang style lang.

    Keep on applying and just bring everything you got that you think magamit nimu during application.. basta. lisud man i explain hehehe

    - referral from friends/ex-workmates
    - jobsites (mynimo/jobstreet/etc)
    - employers once in a while get your info (if you've registered) on the above websites mentioned
    - former employers who are rehiring
    - ambot...hehehe...

    tinuod, daghan trabaho bakante (usually call centers/BPO)...sadly, di tanang way trabaho QUALIFIED...keyword is QUALIFICATION...

    regarding anang way experience, yes, sometimes that will be a PAIN...but that does not apply to all call centers...it applies to almost all of non-call center jobs...

    i can say that one of the worst issues of employment sa atong pinalanggang pinas kay.................qualification descrimination....
    - age descrimination
    - gender discrimination
    - criminal record
    - ambot unsa pa...

    The thing is, you have to be qualified first before you can get an interview. If the qualifications states that one must be within a certain age bracket, finished a certain course or maybe have a certain amount of experience, and you don't have some of those qualifications, you'll have no chance of winning them since you will not be interviewed in the first place.

    Experience is very important...

    For example, you can't hire a fresh grad for a managerial or supervisory position right away. He/she may be very good in class and have really good credentials, but if wla pa cya ka suway ug manage/supervise ug mga tao and run operations of a company or a business, mag rely lang cya sa libro na iyang na basahan during school, it'll be very difficult. And if you're the company owner, are you willing to take that risk?
