depende kung para asa nako gamiton. If you want true "mobility" settle for iPad3, nowadays, almost every application nga gamiton sa PC kay magamit napud sa iPad. But again, it will always depend kung asa nmo gamiton.

if pa-choy-choy ra or pabilib or sakay sa uso, ipad/tablet....
if practicality and usage-wise, laptop....

not all apps available sa IPAD.. as compared to a true mobile experience of using a laptop jud.... IPADS are just for fancy frills... if you want to be more productive jud sa imong work... do yourself a favor.... BUY A LAPTOP!

for surfing, ebook reading, entertainment , answering emails , light microsoft documents , note taking, presentation... ok naman tablet, if youre work doent require you to render it if it just to present to a client an ipad will do it for you without bringing a big laptop

Laptop for heavier programs depending on your laptop. heavy games photo editing, video editing etc. wanting a bigger screen.
so if your activity requires demands a strong cpu and demands power go for laptop..... Ive seen lots of ppol who can own high end laptops just use it pang facebook, twitter pang surf surf so overkill hehehe so sayang

iam a graphic designer by profession i only open laptops/desktops now just for work.... basta mag adobe suite the resy of the time tablets na. it has revolutionized pooping.. i was skeptical about tablets at first now iam believer and have a stronger back for it.. I tell you if you use it right and well the ipad pays for itself with its benefits

If your a business minded, works in office, student with thesis go for laptop.

Kung pasikat lang i-pad/tablet. I don't find these things awesome man bisan unsaon. Well it depends jud na sa gamitan.
